This extremely well executed large Ukiyo-e (woodblock print) by world renowned Japanese artist Tsukioka Yoshitoshi

is in remarkable condition for its age. Yoshtoshi (1839-1892)  is regarded as the worlds best ukio-e artist. The art of ukio-e (woodblock print) started in the 17th century and fell out of fashion during the 19th century when modern printing methods were introduced.
